Beef you can Trust

With a belief that nutritious beef begins with healthy content animals, we raise our cattle under optimum management conditions.

We are certified in the national “Beef Quality Assurance Program” through the state of North Carolina. This combines husbandry techniques and technical information for our cows to be perfect blend of taste, nutrition, and sustainability.

Our cows are provided fresh well water to drink,
quality hay for roughage, free choice minerals, and supplemental protein blocks. All cows and calves are vaccinated on a schedule program against viruses and diseases. What all this means to you, the consumer, is that you can trust and have confidence in what you are feeding your family.

Our herd are maintained in small 20 -25 head groups on pasture. At weaning, steer calves are (approx. 700 – 800 lbs) handpicked for processing and will be turned out on pasture for several months to continue to grow at their own pace. At an approx. weight of 1000
lbs. calves are one by one placed in a dry lot with quality hay and fed a grain ration for several months.

Calves are transported live to a local USDA (on site) inspected processing facility and dry aged for 3 weeks, resulting in a more tender
product. After dry aging the beef will be cut and packaged very similar to what you would see in the super market. It will be vacuumed sealed, frozen, and will remain this way until it reaches the consumer.
